How a commission runs

    The conversation

    You tell us the piece, the person and the budget. We reply within four working hours, on WhatsApp if that's easier.

  2. 02

    The drawing

    A hand sketch within five working days, then a CAD render once the silhouette is right. Revisions are unlimited and free.

  3. 03

    The stones

    We source certified stones to your brief and photograph each option on video before anything is bought.

  4. 04

    The making

    Five to seven weeks in the hands of our karigars, BIS-hallmarked, then delivered insured or collected at the atelier.
