In-stock pieces leave the atelier within 48 hours and arrive fully insured in 3–5 working days to metro cities, and 5–8 working days everywhere else in India. Made-to-order designs — most engagement rings among them — show their crafting time on the product page, typically 14–18 days. Either way, a tracking link reaches you the moment your parcel is collected, with WhatsApp updates if you'd like them.

Delivery is complimentary on orders above . Below that, a flat covers any address in India. Every shipment — whatever its value — travels fully insured, with signature on delivery.

Each piece is sealed in tamper-evident packaging inside a plain, unmarked courier box — no logos, nothing to announce what's inside. Within it you'll find the Miró gift box, your certificates, the GST invoice and a care card. Parcels are insured door to door and released only against an OTP and signature, so if a box ever looks disturbed, simply refuse it and message us.

International delivery is arranged on request through our concierge. Send the piece and the destination to contact@mirofinejewelry.com or over WhatsApp, and we'll come back with a fully insured quote, duties guidance and an honest timeline before you commit to anything.

For in-stock pieces, yes — we can amend the address, metal or size, or cancel outright, any time before dispatch, which usually means within 24 hours. Made-to-order and engraved pieces can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation; after that the bench begins, and the piece is committed to you.

Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund — tags on, certificates and invoice included. Made-to-order and engraved pieces are crafted for you alone, so they can't be returned or exchanged, though rings still carry their complimentary resize. No forms and no interrogation: message us and we'll arrange the rest.

Write to contact@mirofinejewelry.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll book an insured doorstep pickup — nothing to print, nothing to pay. Once the piece passes a quick check at the atelier, refunds reach your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Exchanges dispatch as soon as your new piece is ready.

Every ring includes one complimentary resize within the 15-day window: we collect it, resize it at the bench and return it insured, usually inside ten days. If you're between sizes when ordering, take the larger — sizing down is gentler on a setting than sizing up. Beyond the window, resizing remains available for life at a modest bench charge.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery — photographs over WhatsApp are enough — and we'll repair or replace it with the courier on us. Beyond that, every Miró piece is warranted for one year against manufacturing defects: loose settings, faulty clasps, plating flaws. Damage from accidents or alterations by another jeweller isn't covered, but our lifetime service can usually put things right.

Every gram of our gold is BIS-hallmarked — the purity mark and unique HUID are laser-etched discreetly on each piece. Diamonds are independently graded by IGI, and the certificate detailing cut, colour, clarity and carat travels in your order beside the invoice. Keep the two together; they matter for insurance, valuation and any future resale.

Nothing your eye, a loupe or a tester can find — both are pure crystallised carbon with identical fire and hardness. A natural diamond formed underground over a billion years or more; a lab-grown one crystallises over weeks in controlled conditions, is graded to the same 4C standards with an IGI certificate, and costs meaningfully less carat for carat. We work with both, and every product page states plainly which stone you're looking at.

Measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits and match it to the size guide on any ring's product page — we use standard Indian sizes 6 through 18. If you're between sizes, choose the larger; your first resize is complimentary within 15 days, so a near-miss is never a problem. For milestone pieces, come and be sized properly at the atelier.

Most rings, coins and disc pendants take hand engraving of up to 15 characters — initials, a date, coordinates, one private word. Add it in the customisation step on the product page and we'll cut it at the bench before dispatch. One thing to know: engraved pieces are yours alone, so they sit outside the 15-day return policy.

Make jewelry the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off — perfume, hairspray and sanitiser are what dull gold and film over stones. After wear, wipe with the soft cloth from your Miró box and rest the piece in its own storage pouch, away from neighbours that could scratch it. A monthly bath in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap and a soft brush keeps pavé lively.

Lifetime care, in a word: complimentary cleaning, polishing and rhodium or gold plating touch-ups for as long as you own the piece. Book over WhatsApp or leave it with us at the Kala Ghoda atelier — most refreshes are ready within the week. We also recommend a yearly prong check for daily-worn rings; that's part of the same promise.

One piece, one pouch — gold will scratch gold, and diamonds will scratch everything. Fasten chains before they're put away to spare yourself the knots, and keep pearls apart from metals entirely. When travelling, the pouches from your order are the safest home, and fine jewelry belongs in hand luggage, never checked.

Checkout is secured end to end by Razorpay and takes UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and netbanking across leading Indian banks. Your card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never touch our servers. Most payments clear in seconds, and your order confirmation follows immediately.

We don't. Fine jewelry travels under full insurance with tamper-evident sealing and OTP-verified handover, and that protection is only possible on prepaid orders. With UPI, cards, netbanking and EMI available, checkout takes under a minute — and your piece is covered from our door to yours.

Always. Every price on the site includes jewelry GST of 3% — 1.5% CGST and 1.5% SGST — so nothing is added at checkout beyond delivery, where applicable. A formal GST tax invoice with the full break-up accompanies every order; keep it with your certificates, as it's your proof of purchase for insurance and resale.

Yes. Add your GSTIN in the optional field at checkout and the tax invoice will be issued to your business name with the GSTIN printed, ready for your books. Forgot? Write to contact@mirofinejewelry.com within 48 hours of ordering and we'll reissue it correctly.

An unhurried hour, more or less: you'll try pieces at the table, compare stones and metals side by side under proper light, and be measured precisely for size. Nothing is hard-sold, and most guests visit twice before a significant piece. If you're planning a proposal, we're practised co-conspirators — and entirely discreet.

It begins with a conversation about the occasion and budget, moves through sketches and a render for your approval, and finishes at the bench in 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. A deposit confirms the commission, and you'll see photographs of the work as it progresses.

Yes, and it's some of our favourite work. Bring the piece in: we'll assess the stones and metal with you at the table, then design around what holds the most meaning. Your family gold can be refined and set off against the new piece, so the heirloom carries forward in substance as well as sentiment.
